Holistic design approach
Frank Porter was faced with a platform that no longer met the standards, which it needed to provide the best possible customer experience. The platform was also expensive to maintain and the design of the website lacked a holistic approach to Frank Porter as a brand.
Frank Porter wanted a flexible platform that could meet all requirements, both in terms of services, design and the ability to scale up as needed. They were also looking for a stable IT partner who could help support the business development, IT architecture and service architecture processes.
Solution
The solution to Frank Porter’s challenges was a new updated platform. The Euvic team improved integration, design and optimised speed. The new platform allows Frank Porter to add new features to create a better customer experience. For example, there are templates for monthly reports where you can customize the content for each individual item. Checklists, FAQs and calendars are new elements to use on the website.
Within the company, several employees are working on the platform. A log has been created where all changes to the system can be viewed easily and conveniently.
Result
The design is now tailored to provide a seamless customer experience and the website has a holistic approach to the Frank Porter brand.
The design idea for the new platform was to use strong contrasts, the colours are black and white with a touch of gold to give a sense of luxury and elegance. All the images available on the website show elegant and well designed interiors. The visual elements of the brand form a coherent whole. Both material marketing, newsletter design or checklists go into the same graphic design.
Having partnered with Euvic, Frank Porter can now work more independently thanks to the new platform. He has a platform that is built, customised and scalable. With the new customised solutions, Frank Porter can showcase its full range of products and provide users with a personalised and customer-focused service.
