Hycom, a company of the Euvic Group, was responsible for designing an e-commerce solution for Orange’s digital transformation of their omnichannel. Hycom started by focusing on the mobile platform due to the overwhelming percentage of mobile usage within orange.pl visitors. The next step was to make the e-commerce process cohesive and responsive to handle the large Orange portfolio. This results in a more positive user experience and solid infrastructure.
The delivery consists of several B2C and B2B processes: mobile voice, mobile data, fix broadband and knowledge base. Delivery based on SAP C4 HANA (Hybris) platform and has resulted in a 300% increase in online sales.
