Set Up is a consulting company that offers large and small companies, government agencies and organizations a strategic partner throughout the entire lease lifecycle. The business concept is to help its clients through qualitative project and change management to create better, more profitable, more efficient and more business-oriented premises. The company operates in the four areas: consulting, project management, design and digital solutions.
One of Set Up’s services is to carry out Security Analyses and Physical Security Inspections of buildings, which include investigating security doors, alarm systems, CCTV and much more. The work was previously carried out and administered manually. There was duplication of effort in documenting of inspection data, low data integrity, manual work in creating reports and a limited overview of ongoing inspections.
Set Up was in a need of a digital system with the ability to gather all the information and data from their inspections. The process consists of three parts: gathering of information, performing of the analysis and creating reports.
To meet Set Up’s needs, we chose to build an app where the three steps of the process were gathered. The app includes several features to streamline for the user, such as:
With the new application, Set Up can carry out its inspections digitally via the app. With all the new features, there is a clear structure and reporting is much smoother, more time efficient and the risk of errors has been reduced. With the new system, it is possible to quickly and easily compile a report that is later sent to the customer with actions that need to be implemented.
For Euvic working with SetUp has been a very good, but sometimes also challenging experience. The goals have been precise and initial analysis has been very thorough and detail oriented. Spending more time in the design phase has helped us build a good product and answer the needs presented to us.
